I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. I had a really nice holiday and I definitely got spoiled this year.

There are always winter staples that tend to be repeated every year. Of course the plaid blanket scarf is always a go to accessory and you can wear it so many ways which makes this scarf so versatile no matter what you are wearing. Booties are always the "go to boot" when achieving any winter look, whether you are going for a casual or an edgy chic look. Beanies some how can always be dressed up or down and let's face it, it's a cute addition to the final look.

Sorry that I have been a little MIA on the blog lately. My laptop crashed over a week ago and had to send it in for repair {sigh}. It is still in for repair so I am hoping I will get it back next week.

When it comes to the colder months, I always like to grab for my faux leather leggings. They are surprisingly warm and go with so much. I love wearing them with booties and a loose fitting sweater for a chic yet comfortable look.

Hope everyone is getting their Christmas shopping done. I am actually almost done which is totally shocking. I am prone to finishing a few days before Christmas lol..

 A lot of us tend to gravitate towards neutrals and darker colours when it comes to the colder months. I always like to try and incorporate some colour in some sort of way. Sometimes I just feel "blah" when I am all in one colour. Here, I added a burnt orange cardigan to the look. I always feel so much better when I have some colour in my outfit, even if it's just a pop of colour with a scarf or even a hat.
